Shipping Policy

How Our Products Are Made Every Star Sign Canvas piece is printed just for you when you order it. This is called print on demand. Because each item is made fresh, delivery takes a little longer than stores that ship from a warehouse.

Delivery Timeline Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping within the United States takes another 3 to 7 business days after production. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days of purchase. International orders can take 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Holiday Ordering For delivery by December 24, we recommend placing US orders by December 10. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we cannot guarantee it during peak season.

Address Changes Because production starts quickly, contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to fix a shipping address. After production begins, we cannot redirect a package.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking has not moved in 7 days or your package appears lost, reach out through our Contact page and we will make it right.
