Made Just for You Every item is printed to order, which means we cannot restock a returned shirt the way a warehouse store can. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size choice. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will fix it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page and include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Lost Packages If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or refund your order in full.
Refund Timing Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
